New web version uploaded

Uploaded a new web version of the game.

Improved the resource management of objects, updated models and UI.

In Web Version:

The map is much smaller (for loading purposes). Enabled the NPC and sound.

This game is far from complete, but you can recruit dealers, thugs, car thieves and workers. This is just a small preview of the actual game.

I did notice that it is a little dark and am going to figure out a way to get better lighting for the web version eventually.
