Interface and Viewport changes

So major changes to the look of the game. Brightened up the map overall so it's much more vibrant. I also added moonlight for the night so that it never becomes too dark to see. I am also in the process of updating the UI to be much more bright and organized. I would like to send out a big thank you to the person that left the comment. :)
